| 期望理论 expectancy，theory of 揭示外在目标对人产生激励过程规律的理论，是西方行为科学中经典的动机理论之一。E.弗罗姆在1964年出版的《工作与激励 》 一书中提出 了期望模式 ，又称 VIE 激励模式 ，即MF＝E×I×V 。式中MF为激励的强度 ，指激发人的内部潜力、调动其积极性的强度 ；E为期望 ，指个体自我估价行为成功的概率，其范围为0～100％ ；I为工具性 ，指个体对绩效将会得到多少报偿的估计 ；V为效价 ，指个体对行为结果可以满足个人需要的价值估计，或个体对特定目标的偏爱程度。这个公式说明，一个人对所追求的外在目标的价值评价越高，自我判断实现目标的概率越大，目标的工具性功能越强，此目标诱发的内驱力也越强。 期望理论揭示了目标激励的心理规律，为管理过程中设计合理的目标和合理的奖励方式提供了理论依据，因而是管理实践中应用较广泛的一个理论。当前的研究是从更广泛的角度看待期望理论。 |
