碳酸氢钾化学式KHCO3,分子量100.119。无色单斜晶系晶体,密度2.17g/cm3,在空气中稳定,能溶于水,水溶液有极弱的碱性,难溶于乙醇中。100℃时KHCO3分解生成K2CO3、H2O和CO2。用做分析试剂。向KOH的80%酒精溶液中通入CO2,可制得极纯的碳酸氢钾。
