性质:采用粉末冶金方法制得的碳素钢材料。强度一般为0.7GPa左右,硬度和耐磨性均优于烧结铁。通过热处理和表面硬化处理可以进一步提高其力学性能。适于制造齿轮等机械零件。原料采用铁粉和石墨粉,在0.7~1.5GPa的压力下冷压成形,然后在发生炉煤气的保护下加热至1100~1400℃烧结1~4h。烧结碳钢的组织和性能随含碳量不同而异。
