In this paper,the structure,design and construction features of the 32-m span continuous girder of the approach bridge of the Bridge are presented.

The essay summarizes the status of Wuhu Yangtze River Bridge, analyzes the direct causes that lead to speed limit forapproach bridge, which include insufficiency of transverse rigidity for 32 m T beam, insufficiency of transverse rigidity for framed light pier,and poor dynamic performance of freight train.
