ChanPin k6k(泊xing Jianding sh叩n产品可靠性鉴定试验(reliability明al‘cationtest forp侧uet)可靠性试验的一种类型，其目的.是为了验证产品(设备或系统)的设计是否符合规定的可靠性要求。可靠性鉴定试验通常用作定型鉴定，并作为产品能否投人批量生产的决策依据之一。 对寿命为指数分布的产品(设备或系统)，可靠性鉴定试验是验证产品的可靠性特征量平均故障间隔时间(州n卫F)是否达到规定的可靠性指标。对于非寿命型(如成败型)的产品(设备或系统)，可靠性鉴定试验是验证产品的可靠性特征量(如成功率)是否达到规定的可靠性指标。 可布性鉴定试验的基本要求为: ①试验前应制订产品的可靠性试验大纲和实施程序，并经评审通过。试验大纲内容主要有受试产品情况、试验条件和方案、试验进度等内容。 ②产品可靠性鉴定试验应优先在独立于承制方的试验室中进行。对装备等大型系统的可靠性试验可以在外场(如靶场)进行。 ③受试产品应具有批准的技术状态，并已通过了环境试验和环境应力筛选等预处理。即受试产品能符合规定的性能要求，并适应在规定的环境条件下进行工作以及剔除了受试产品的早期故障。 由于可靠性定义是“产品在规定的条件下和规定的时间内，完成规定功能的能力”，因此受鉴定的产品可靠性应符合规定的要求。规定的条件是否合理，对可靠性鉴定试验的结论影响很大。 可靠性鉴定试验的条件包括产品所承受的工作应力条件和环境应力条件。工作应力指产品正常使用时所施加的电压或液压、气压等应力;环境应力指产品工作时所遇到的温度、振动、湿度、冲击等应力。通常采用温度、振动和湿度这3种环境应力，并模拟实际情况，根据试验设备条件按时序同时施加1种、2种或3种应力。为此，在可靠性鉴定试验前专门制订“试验剖面，’;试验时，按“试验剖面”要求对受试产品施加环境应力。“试验剖面”中环境应力的水平，如无法实测得到，则可采用相似产品的应力数据，或采用在有关标准中推荐的应力数据。 成功率的一次抽样试验方案及序贯抽样试验方案的国际标准为IEc 1123(见一次计数抽样检查方案;不合格百分率计数检脸的序贯抽样方案)。 寿命为指数分布产品的一次抽样方案的国际标准为MD;SllD.78lD。中国国军标口BS卯等效采用。为了管理及进度控制的方便，采取固定的截止试验时间，即所谓定时截尾。
