性质:目视检验的目的在于确定气瓶能否在给定条件下继续使用。气瓶表面应光滑、圆整,没有肉眼可见的裂纹,折叠,明显的波浪、重皮、夹杂等影响强度的缺陷。用样板以简体母线为基准逐只检查肩部、底部与瓶体的过渡应圆滑。颈圈、底座与瓶体的装配不得歪斜、松动或带有毛刺、并用标准的或专用量具检查瓶体的直线度、垂直度和同一截面最大、最小直径差等制造公差。发现下列问题的钢瓶应报废:泄漏、内部腐蚀;外部腐蚀;褶皱;金属疲劳;制造缺陷;凹痕;内部沉积物;其他可看到的缺陷。基本检验程序是,气瓶表面准备;利用必要的测量器件进行内部和外部目视检验。
