Periodic inspection on the in-service pressure vessels in air separation unit

The periodic inspection of three long trailer seamless pressure vessels was performed by using conventional methods and acoustic mission testing.

The contents and methods as well as matters needed attention about periodical inspection of hyperbaric oxygen chamber which is different from pressure vessel have been introduced.

According to inspection experience, connecting with related rules and standards, periodical inspection content and items of cryogenic & adiabatic storage vessel are analyzed, inspection project is established and some periodical inspection questions lacking of idiographic standards about cryogenic & adiabatic storage vessel are solved.

In fact,the upper limit deformation rate of residual volume 10% was meaningless in practical periodical inspection.
