The computation simulation research into the relationship between the extraterrestrial impact energy and the formation of the palaeoclimatic cycles and new glacial period induced by the impact energy thus mentioned is presented with the reference to the change of the global reflectance with temperature and by means of the zero_dimensional energy balance model.

In order to investigate the deformation behavior of saturated soft clay under long-term cyclic loading,a series of indoor cyclic triaxial tests were performed on the typical soft clay in the Pearl River Delta,with the residual strain rate as the focus.
