Al_2O_3-MgO(Spinel)-Sialon new composite refractory used in steel ladle was prepared using corundum particles and powder, MgO powder,spinel powder and Sialon powder as raw materials.
以刚玉颗粒和细粉、氧化镁细粉、尖晶石细粉和Sialon细粉为原料制备了钢包用新型无碳Al_2O_3-MgO(尖晶石)-Sialon复合耐火材料,通过研究得到适宜的工艺参数为:原料中大颗粒(8～3mm)与中颗粒(3～0mm)的比例为65:35,埋混合粉烧结(C:Sialon=4:1)和烧结温度为1600℃。
