主 料： 雪粉250克、绿豆250克、砂糖400克、猪油75克。
做 法： 1、将绿豆碾碎，浸水漂洗去壳，上蒸笼蒸熟，取出碾成豆粉，倒入鼎内，加入砂糖，及文火煮至无水分后加入猪油拌匀取出绿豆蓉，分成24份。
2、将雪粉碾末过筛，加入开水拌和、搓揉，用刀切成24只剂子，逐只擀成薄圆形包皮，包皮放上绿豆蓉，包成圆形不包，入蒸笼蒸熟便成。
特 点： 色泽洁白透亮，外滑内甜，软润适口。
