以取代苯甲醛为原料，采用醇醛缩合反应和珀金反应完成了反，反－２，４－二甲基－５－（对硝基苯基）－戊－２，４－二烯酸（３ａ）和反，反－２，４－二甲基－５－（间硝基苯基）－戊－２，４－二烯酸（３ｂ）的有效全合成，并确定了最佳反应条件。
