通过铺砂试验测算沥青路面的表面构造深度,计算ETD和构造深度比,选取不同离析程度的点进行试验,再通过试验数据对比,显示了离析对沥青路面性能的影响,以解决沥青路面的离析问题。

1、遵守铸造设备通用操作规程
2、检查落砂栅板有无震裂、缓冲器橡皮垫有无磨损等情况，如有以上情况，应通知维修人员处理。
3、检查三角皮带的松紧与磨损情况，如过紧过松、或磨损严重，应通知维修人员调整或更换。
4、先点动试车，然后空运转2-3分钟，确认一切正常，方可进行生产。
5、必须将铸件吊到落砂床中心位置，才能进行落砂。
6、经常清除调和周围的积砂，做到文明生产。
7、工作后，不许将铸件停放在设备上。
