一、原料：
1. 主料：扯根菜300 克，鸡蛋3 只。
2. 调料：精盐、味精、葱花、猪油。
二、制法：
1. 将扯根菜去杂洗净切段，入沸水锅焯一下，捞出洗净，挤干水待用。
2. 油锅烧热，下葱花煸香，倒入搅匀的鸡蛋，加入精盐，炒成小块，出
锅待用。
3. 油锅烧热，下葱花煸香，加入扯根菜、精盐炒至入味，倒入鸡蛋，点
入味精稍炒即成。
