射精


  生理名。中医称泄精、施写、施泻。 指男性在性交过程中达到高潮期,精液由尿道口喷出,并伴发肌肉强力收缩,产生极度快感。美国性学家威廉·玛斯特斯和弗吉尼亚·约翰逊把射精过程分为两个阶段:第一阶段,睾丸内的输出管、附睾、输精管、输精管壶腹、精囊腺、前列腺一起产生平滑肌收缩,使精液汇集于尿道的前列腺部,同时尿道球腺也分泌液体加入精液,此期内括约肌关闭,阻断了精液逆行到膀胱的通路;第二阶段,由尿道中充盈的精液产生冲动经骶神经传到脊髓射精中枢,然后有节律的冲动从脊髓传到骨骼肌,致使球海绵体肌、坐骨海绵体肌、尿道括约肌共同有节律地收缩产生压力,迫使精液从阴茎部尿道口喷射而出。没有勃起和蓄积现象而溢出精液不叫射精。
