全层皮片移植。过去称“Wolfe-Krause皮片移植”。为切取含皮肤的表皮层及全部真皮层，但不带皮下脂肪的游离皮片进行移植。优点是生长后经得起摩擦，收缩少，颜色及质地好。缺点为不宜用于肉芽创面，取皮区不能自愈，小面积取皮需缝合，大面积取皮要行厚皮片移植才能愈合。临床上用于修复面部皮肤缺损较多。
