| 平绒 velveteen 用经纱或纬纱在织物表面形成紧密绒毛的棉织物。布身厚实,绒面柔软,绒毛短而稠密,不易倒伏,光泽柔和,富有抗皱性,保暖性好,经染色或印花后,外观华丽,宜做女装、鞋帽及装饰用品。按加工方法分为割纬平绒和割经平绒两种。①割纬平绒由一组经纱和二组纬纱交织而成,其中一组纬纱同经纱交织成地布,用作固结绒毛,称地纬;另一组纬纱同经纱交织成有一定浮长的起绒组织,称绒纬。成布后先经轧碱再将绒纬割断,然后进行退浆、烧毛、刷毛、煮练、染色或印花,最后拉幅上光为成品。②割经平绒由二组经纱同一组纬纱交织成两层织物,其中一组经纱同纬纱交织成两层地布,用作固结绒毛,称地经;另一组经纱同纬纱交织在两层地布之间,称绒经。成布后先割断绒经,形成两片织物,经刷绒、练漂、染色或印花,再经水洗、刷绒、剪毛,最后拉幅上光为成品。 |
