Factors affecting biological active carbon process for advanced treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater from velvet fabric were analyzed.
试验分析了生物活性炭工艺深度处理平绒印染废水的影响因素,结果表明,采用接种挂膜法可以强化挂膜效果,减少挂膜时间,成功挂膜启动运行后,污染物的去除随气水比的增大而升高,随水力负荷的增大而下降。

本课题通过对成鹏印染厂平绒、灯芯绒印染生产工艺及排污情况的调研，在掌握其印染废水水质特征的基础上，考察了原有废水处理系统的运行状况，同时按照江苏省《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》的要求，提出了“水解酸化+二级接触氧化+砂滤+生物滤池”的组合工艺，由于二级生化处理工艺目前已经比较成熟，因此本课题主要研究平绒、灯芯绒印染废水的深度处理工艺。
