做法:
1、将里脊肉切成薄片,青菜心洗净;
2、将沙茶酱放入骨头汤中搅匀,倒入锅中待开锅后,改小火加入肉片、酱油、鸡精;
3、面条、青菜心放开水中烫熟,分别盛入碗中,放上肉片淋入沙茶酱汤即可食用。
