1、遵守铸造设备通用操作规程。
2、工作前，逐个操纵各个伐门，如有漏气漏水的现象，应及时处理，必要时通知维修人员修理。
3、工作时，驱动轮和支重轮一定要放正放稳，不许放偏入斜。
4、工作时，搬运要平稳，注意安全，不要撞碰备。
5、工作后，往气缸加少许机油，以防皮碗干缩。
