1、 工作间的工作温度应保持在20°С±3°С的范围内，温度达不到或超过应停止机床工作。
2、
工作前应将机床空运转一段时间，使各部份温度达到热平衡后，再进行车削工作。
3、 工作后把溜板及尾座移到车床的尾端位置上。
