【性状】
本品为糖衣片，除去包衣后显微黄色。
【鉴别】
取本品，加水研磨，使溶解，滤过，滤液照胃蛋白酶项下的鉴别试验， 显相同的反应。
【检查】
微生物限度 取本品，依法检查（附录Ⅺ J），除每1g供试品中细菌 数不得过5000个、真菌数不得过100个外，应符合规定。 其他 除崩解时限应在30分钟内崩解外，其他应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定 （附录Ⅰ Ａ）。
【效价测定】
取本品5片，置研钵中，加盐酸溶液（见胃蛋白酶项下）少许，研磨 均匀，移至250ml量瓶中，加上述盐酸溶液至刻度，摇匀，精密量取适量，用上述盐酸溶 液制成每1ml中约含0.2～0.4单位的溶液,作为供试品溶液，照胃蛋白酶项下的方法测定。
