材料
苦瓜半条,鲈鱼中段一段。
调料
姜五片,精盐1/2小匙,绍酒一中匙,热水四杯,芝麻油一中匙。
做法
①苦瓜洗净去籽切片,鲈鱼切块。
②碗内放四杯热水及鲈鱼、姜、盐、酒,高火5分钟。
③再放入苦瓜,高火3分钟,取出淋上芝麻油即可。
