鸡脯肉克,菠萝250克,猪油15克,姜丝、细盐、料酒、香油、干淀粉各少许。
≮美食做法≯
1、菠萝削皮,用盐水浸泡片刻,切成扇形片;鸡脯肉片成薄片,用细盐、料酒、干淀粉各少许拌匀上浆。
2、汤锅置火上烧热,放入猪油,用文火将姜丝炒片刻,放入鸡片,用旺火炒一下,加菠萝片再炒,然后放细盐和清水,盖好锅盖,待汤烧开,淋入香油,盛入大汤碗内即成。
