The article systematically analyses the organizational system,production management,quality control and so on in the Dragon River Shipyard in Ming Dynasty according to "The Record of The Dragon River Shipyard" and "The Record of The South Ships" From the analysis,we can concluded that the management level in Chinese Shipyard was quite high 500 or 600 years ago.
