The brake disk deflection is common for the old-fashioned mine hoist, which can cause such trouble as brake disc fever,brake block smoke,brake blocks sway and a serious shortage of braking torque which directly affects the braking effect,and seriously threatens the security and reliability of lift.

Considering closing spring failure of operating mechanisms in high voltage circuit breaker,reliability design theory was applied to analyze it,and found reason of spring failure because of lacking fatigue reliability,and offered some measures to solve the problem.
