对武器、技术装备和地面进行消毒、消除沾染的技术车辆。它的基本构造是在越野汽车底盘上装有水泵、装料桶、专用喷洒装置(包括导管、喷枪、喷刷等)、传动及控制装置、测量显示仪表和附件（见图）。消毒时，采用次氯酸盐类、碱性化合物等消毒剂，按一定比例加水调制成消毒液。对生物战剂消毒时，还可采用石炭酸、福尔马林等消毒药物，按要求配制成消毒液。消除放射性沾染时，将洗涤剂、络合剂等用水调制成不同的消除液，或用水直接冲洗。喷洒车作业时，可直接利用车上设备调制洗消液，使用喷洒装置对洗消对象进行喷刷或喷洒。(见彩图)
