| 腰果 Anacardium occidentale；cashew nut 漆树科腰果属常绿乔木。又称槚如果。热带果树。原产西印度群岛和巴西东北部，后传至印度和东南亚，又传至非洲。热带各国多有栽种，以莫桑比克、印度、坦桑尼亚和肯尼亚产量最多。1943年引入中国今海南省三亚市 ，50年代后云南和广东西部也有种植。树高8～12米，树冠开张，冠幅约8米左右。单叶互生、革质，长卵或倒卵形，长10～20厘米。圆锥花序顶生，花小，黄粉红色，杂性。坚果，肾形，硬壳棕灰色，果仁白色。性喜高温，对低温敏感。对土壤适应性强。主要用种子繁殖，优良品种可用高空压条或嫁接繁殖。腰果果仁含脂肪45％，蛋白质20％。可炒食。果壳可榨油作高级油漆，也可作绝缘材料。未成熟果壳含毒质，对皮肤有刺激作用。茎的乳汁可作粘胶剂。肉质花托可鲜食或榨汁作饮料，味酸中带甜，有利尿、治水肿功效。
