x 1 kuongshai洗矿筛(washing sereen)装有水枪的固定条筛。利用水枪喷出的高压水在固定条筛上冲洗矿石。洗矿筛有平面洗矿筛及棒条洗矿筛两种。平面洗矿筛由贮矿仓、平面筛、水枪及溜槽组成。平面筛装在贮矿仓的底上，筛孔10一巧mm。洗矿时矿石由贮矿仓给到筛上，用高压水冲洗。碎散的粘土通过筛孔送入溜槽中。洗过的矿石由贮矿仓的卵石口排出。(见图)所需水豆纂‘ 平面洗矿筛 1一贮矿仓理一平面筛;3一溜槽;4一水枪压为98一294kPa。每立方米筛上被洗矿石的耗水量视喷嘴直径、水压和矿石可洗性而定，约为6~12m3。这种洗矿筛能较好地碎散粘结的矿石，结构简单，便于制造。棒条洗矿筛的棒条筛分为两段，一段水平，一段向上倾斜，筛条间距50mm。由运矿槽运到水平筛段上的矿石，被高压水流冲洗，同时由于与倾斜筛面迎面碰撞，加强了分散作用。分散后的细泥团和矿泥，通过筛孔排下，粗粒被水流冲到倾斜筛上，由该段的尾端排出。筛子安装坡度为20%，冲洗水的压力为600~700kPa。棒条洗矿筛多用来处理结核状和粘性物料，中国云南锡业公司和平桂矿务局所属各选厂，多采用此种洗矿筛对砂锡矿进行洗矿。 (类绍良)
