性质:又称激波固结或激波压实。利用滑移爆轰波掠过试件所产生的斜入射激波,使金属或非金属粉末在瞬态高温、高压下发生烧结或合成的一种高技术。爆炸烧结是烧结非晶、微晶等新型材料最有发展前途的技术。可使脆性材料达到比常规方法高得多的性能。与化学放热反应相结合可大幅减少或消除陶瓷、超硬、高强度材料在室温下爆炸所难避免的宏观和微观裂纹,提高材料的烧结制品的密度和强度。爆炸烧结按加载方式不同可分为三类:平面加载、柱面加载和高速锤锻压等三种方法。工业上用此技术进行非晶磁粉末烧结、陶瓷材料、铝-锂合金制取等。
