是指C1～2在旋转活动时，C1～2关系超过正常范围，表现为自发性斜颈。病因是儿童上呼吸道感染，扁桃体摘除术后或创伤，C1～2周围软组织炎症、水肿，韧带松弛。体层摄影和CT可帮助诊断。治疗只作卧床休息、颈托保护，顽固病例可先牵引后用Hinerv石膏固定6～8周。
