非比例再保
【非比例再保险】“比例再保险”的对称。亦称“超额损失分保”或“超额损害再保险”。以赔款金额为基础确定自留责任和分出责任的再保险。它先规定原保险人负担的赔偿限度，对超过这一限度的赔款，才由再保险人承担责任，原保险人与再保险人之间对发生的赔款，并无一定的比例关系。原保险人按约定将其收人保费的一部分付给再保险人，原费率对分保费也无关系。这种再保险，主要是保障原保险人在遭受超过约定赔款限额的大损失时，不致受到冲击而影响其经营核算，使其赔款限制在一个预定的数额之内。随着巨灾保险业务的增多，这种分保方式在各国再保险市场上的比重不断上升。非比例再保险，主要有超额赔款再保险和超额赔付率再保险等形式。
