本文根据磺酰脲类除草剂与靶标乙酰乳酸合成酶的作用机理,设计合成了4-取代-3-异噁唑酮及3,5-取代-2-乙内酰基硫脲两类杂环的磺酰脲衍生物,重点对草酰氯法制备中间体磺酰基异氰酸酯的反应条件进行了优化,根据取代磺酰胺的结构不同,确定了原料和溶剂的最佳投料比和反应时间等反应条件。
