原料配方
豆乳500毫升鸡蛋4个粉状动物胶2~3克砂糖150克人造奶油60~100克制作方法
①将全部材料放入锅中,边搅拌边以80℃的温度加热5~10分钟。

③冷冻搅拌,再冷冻再搅拌反复进行4~5次。
