原料配方
豆乳500毫升鸡蛋4个粉状动物胶2～3克砂糖150克人造奶油60～100克制作方法
①将全部材料放入锅中，边搅拌边以80℃的温度加热5～10分钟。
②将①倒入模子里，冷却后放入冰冻机中。
③冷冻搅拌，再冷冻再搅拌反复进行4～5次。
