| 《海牙规则》 Hague Rules 关于国际保险的法律规定 。《 统一提单若干法律规定的国际公约》的习称 。1921 年由国 际法协会在海 牙起草，故名。1924年8月25日在布鲁塞尔签订，1931年6月2日起生效 。至1980年有80多个国家和地区加入。公约共16条。其核心部分是规定承运人最低的责任与义务，承运人应享有的免责范围和承运人对货物灭失或损害的赔偿限额。公约规定起诉时效为一年 。1968年在布鲁塞尔通过《有关修改1924年统一提单若干法律规定的国际公约的议定书》 （ 又称《维斯比规则》） 。议定书共17条，对公约作了一些修改和补充。明确扩大了适用范围，提高了船主赔偿限额，增加了有关集装箱运输的某些规定。 |
