为了正确选用配套新型针布,阐述了锡林-盖板工作区纤维转移的4种情况,重点对针尖上纤维的受力进行了分析,通过对前角余角α最小值的计算,指出新型针布的选用配套除考虑被加工纤维的特点、梳棉机的工艺及纺纱条件的要求外,须重视锡林针布齿条前角余角对梳理的效果的影响;对于高产梳棉机,随着梳棉机产量的增加,前角余角α应减小,对于低速梳棉机,应选用大前角余角的针布齿条,从而使纤维能够在锡林-盖板区多次被剥取,形成有效梳理。
