In order to ignite the open flow gas of gas well containing sulfur immediately and reliably,the original open flow device is redesigned according to the conditions of gas wells in SINOPEC Southern Company.
为了及时、可靠地点燃含硫天然气井的放喷气体,根据中石化南方公司天然气井生产实际,对井场中原有的放喷装置进行了改进,并以计算流体场,结合现场的多次试验对模拟结果进行修正,最后确定了天然气有效点火位置的范围,为点火设备的建设提供力学理论为基础,建立优化后的放喷装置数学模型,借助FLUENT软件,模拟了天然气放喷后放喷池内的流场与浓度了理论和技术支持。
