Thermal barrier coating,obtained by high velocity oxygen furel thermal spraying(HOVF) on GH99 high-temperature alloy was treated by supersonic fine particles bombarding,and its influence on microstructure and thermally grown oxide(TGO) of MCrAlY bond coating was studied.
