病名。出明·江■《名医类案·卷八·前阴病》。指妇人每交会则阴中出血，伴 玉门疼痛者。多因肝脾两虚或肝火 内郁所致。前者治宜补益肝脾，方选补中益气汤、归脾汤、济生肾气丸3方化裁；后者治宜 清肝理脾，方选四君子汤加柴胡、山栀，或加味逍遥散。另可用熟艾叶，搓絮，帛裹入阴中 ，或用乱发，青皮烧灰敷之。一日则易之。
