Investigates thermodynamically the Pb-oxychlorides formed during urban refuse incineration/melting by way of high-temperature XRD and activity determination of such solid oxychlorides,including the binary phase diagram of PbO-PbCl_2,the relative chemical potential of PbO and standard free energy of formation or Gibbs free energy of activation of intermediate compounds.

Using the data of known phase diagrams of binary halide systems as training set, and some atomic parameters related to ionic radi-i, electronegativity as features, SVM method was applied to predict the formability, melting type and melting points of intermediate compounds.

At present CALPHAD technique is not capable of predicting even whether there exists intermediate compound and much more predicting nothing about its formula and the number of intermediate compounds.
