性质:又称黑蛙素,蛙皮降压肽。自澳大利亚黑雨蛙(Hyla Caerula)皮肤提取而得。熔点224~226℃(分解)。旋光度-26º(c=1,二甲基甲酰胺)。其5-oxo-Pro-Gln-Asp-Tyr(SO3H)-Thr-Gly-Trp-Met-Asp-Phe-NH2肽链羧基末端五个氨基酸的组成与胰泌素、缩胆囊素完全一致,故黑蛙素有缩胆囊素和胰泌素二者的生物活性促胃液分泌作用相当于四肽胃泌素的30倍。用于胰功能试验。
