性质:又称3He正比计数器。中子没有电离作用,很难探测。利用3He和中子反应,3He+n→p+3H,放出质子和氚核使计数管内的氦电离,测量电离作用而产生的脉冲电流探测中子。3He与中子的反应截面积大(5400×10-28m2),没有副反应干扰,3He是中子探测器理想的充气剂,一般计数管内要充0.7~0.8MPa的3He。该探测器广泛应用于核工业各部门及油井探测。
