运脾 运脾 治疗学术语。指治法。用健脾燥湿的药物治疗湿邪困脾，加强脾脏运化功能的方法。脾主运化，运化水谷精微，湿重困脾，脾失健运，症见脘痞腹胀，口淡无味，食少纳呆，倦怠乏力，面色萎黄，恶心欲吐，大便溏泄，或四肢浮肿，小便短少，舌苔白腻，脉濡缓等。宜用平胃散、藿朴夏苓汤等方。常用药物有苍术、厚朴、藿香、佩兰、砂仁、茯苓等。
