Objective: To observe the law Yunpi Huatan Decoction of type 2 diabetes insulin resistance spleen dampness clinical signs and symptoms before and after certification, Homa-IR, beta cell function ,fasting and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose, blood lipids, blood rheology , TNF-αchanges in the its clinical efficacy and safety evaluation.
目的:观察运脾化痰法治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗脾虚痰湿证前后临床症状体征、HOMA-IR、胰岛β细胞功能、空腹及餐后2小时血糖、血脂、血液流变学、肿瘤坏死因子等指标的变化情况,对其临床疗效及安全性进行评价。
