性质:又称丰土米丁。结晶体(乙酸乙酯或苯)。熔点182℃。旋光度[α]D+10°(c=1.8,氯仿)。天然存在于夹竹桃科植物阔叶丝胶树(Funturnia latifolia Stapf)的叶、树皮中。本品生物活性与丰土明相似,具有局部麻醉和降压作用,但毒性较大。还可作为杀菌剂。 又称丰土明。棱柱状结晶(乙酸乙酯)。熔点126℃。旋光度[α]D+95°(c=1.7,氯仿)。溶于通常的有机溶剂中。天然存在于夹竹桃科植物退热止泻木(Holarrhena febrifuga Klotzsch)的叶等植物中。可化学合成制得。本品生物活性较显著。动物实验表明对心脏有兴奋作用,能够促进呼吸、有扩张血管而降低血压、解热、局部麻醉、杀菌等作用。
