出名合伙人要求隐名合伙人出资的权利：按照合同的约定出资是隐名合伙人主要义务，也是出名合伙人的主要权利，隐名合伙人的出资可以是事物，也可以是资金，但不能上劳务和信用，因为隐名合伙人不参与合伙人营业，对外也不与第三人发生权利义务关系。隐名合伙人的出资的时间，合同中有约定的，依其约定，没有约定的，出名合伙人可随时要求隐名合伙人交付出资，除合同另有约定的外，隐名合伙人的出资义务仅仅以约定的数额为限，其并无增加出资和补充出资的责任。隐名合伙人对其出资应负瑕疵担保责任，隐名合伙人不按照合同的规定的出资或者出资不符合要求的，应承担相应的责任。《民法》第一版，魏振瀛，北京大学出版社
