性质：又称液膜蒸发器，主要由竖式列管蒸发器构成。料液预热至沸点左右，自管顶或底部进入，蒸气带动料液自上而下(降膜式蒸发器falling film evaporator)或自下而上(升膜式蒸发器climbing film evaporator)或上下同时(升降膜式蒸发器climbing-falling film evaporator)成膜流动。液面达管长1/4～1/5。料液只通过加热管一次而不作循环。特点是成本低，料液停留时间短(仅数秒)、效率高；但器身长，不利于清洗和更换。适用于蒸发热敏性大和易起泡的溶液。
