Although both the industrial zone along Yangtze River and the economic zone along NECB are the highest level developmental axis that cross through the east, middle and west part of China, there are apparent distinctions between the urban development of two zones.

Therefore, it is a must to improve the state and advancement of technology in coastal aquaculture industry.

This article introduces the conception and theoretical framework of ecologic added-value in terms of economics and analyzes that it is necessary to optimize the distribution of ecology input from the perspective of each level of aquaculture and to reinforce connection within the whole industry in order to increase the ecologic added-value and competitive advantages of coastal aquaculture industry.

With a good foundation in hard environment such as infrastructure,the industry development of coastal industrial belt in Taizhou faces with opportunities and potential capability.
