芽孢杆菌属 Bacillus 革兰氏染色阳性菌。产生芽孢,需氧或兼性厌氧。大多数有动力,无荚膜,多数溶血,通常过氧化氢酶阳性。包括对人和动物致病的炭疽芽孢杆菌,可引起食物中毒的蜡状芽孢杆菌,非致病性的枯草芽孢杆菌、蕈状芽孢杆菌、多粘芽孢杆菌等。炭疽芽孢杆菌有荚膜,无鞭毛,在人工培养物内细菌呈长链状排列,形成圆卵形芽孢;芽孢位于菌体中央,但不大于菌体宽度;专性需氧;芽孢的抵抗力很强,在干燥状态下可生存数十年;本菌主要使食草动物发病,病程急剧,死亡率高;人的易感性仅次于食草动物,病菌经由破损的皮肤、消化道或呼吸道侵入体内,死亡率高;可用抗生素和磺胺治疗。 |
