By means of both the Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT) and the traversal method,under the circumstances of 7-bit signal source,and with both the harmonic distortion and the noise distortion existing,parameters of fitting sinusoid are obtained from the analog-to-digital converter(ADC) output data,and then the effective number of bits(ENOBs) of 14-bit ADC are tested accurately.
