The Article aims at providing resolution for crack which is caused by carbon compound segregation,grain-size overlevel and high temperature of quenching through analyzing the crack of CrWMn guide-way plate and inspecting carbon compound state,grain-size after forging,and martensite.

This paper researches the structural design on micro positioning table that has six degrees of freedom and controlled by closed-loop,and mainly studies the application of elastic leaf spring guide in the table,which aims at getting micro positioning table of simple structure and accurate moving precision with many degrees of freedom.

This paper presents the construction method and characteristic error calculation of the elastic leaf spring guide in a micro displacement worktable.
